What image formats and sizes can I upload?

LinkFlow accepts JPEG, PNG, and WebP images up to 5 MB. This lets you upload genuinely high-resolution photos - no more heavy compression or blurry results. Uploaded images are stored on our global CDN and served optimised for every screen size.

How do I set a background image for my bio page?

In the Bio Page editor go to Appearance → Background. Toggle the style to "Image", then upload your photo (up to 5 MB). You can adjust position and overlay opacity to make sure your links stay readable regardless of the image you choose.

How do I update my profile picture?

Go to the Bio Page editor and click on your current profile picture (or the placeholder avatar). Select "Upload photo" and choose a file up to 5 MB. For best results use a square image of at least 400 × 400 px - LinkFlow will display it as a circle on your bio page.

Can I customise the button styles and colours on my bio page?

Yes. Under Appearance → Buttons you can choose from several built-in button shapes (rounded, pill, square) and set custom background and text colours. You can also adjust the overall page background colour independently from your button colours.

How do I add a link to my bio page?

Inside the Bio Page editor click "+ Add Link". Enter a title for the link and the destination URL, then hit Save. Your new link will appear at the bottom of the list - you can drag it to reorder it immediately.

Can I reorder my bio links?

Yes. You can drag links into any order you like inside the editor, or use the Sort button to arrange them alphabetically or by total clicks. Changes save instantly.

How do I hide a link without deleting it?

Toggle the visibility switch next to any link in the editor. Hidden links are saved in your account but not shown to visitors - useful for seasonal promotions or links you want to keep for later.

How many links can I add to my bio page?

Free plan accounts can add up to 10 links. Pro and Business plan accounts have no hard limit on the number of bio links.

Does LinkFlow track clicks on my bio page links?

Yes. Every link on your bio page is automatically tracked. Your analytics dashboard shows total clicks per link, click trends over time, top referring sources, and a geographic breakdown of your visitors.

Yes. Every short link you create tracks clicks, referrers, device types, and geographic location. Dynamic links also support redirect rules so you can send different audiences to different destinations.

Free plan accounts can view 30 days of history. Pro plan accounts get 12 months, and Business plan accounts have access to full lifetime analytics data.

How do I upgrade my LinkFlow account?

Go to Settings → Billing in your dashboard and click "Upgrade". Choose a plan, enter your card details via our secure Stripe checkout, and your new limits are activated immediately.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Navigate to Settings → Billing and click "Manage Subscription" to open the Stripe customer portal. You can cancel, downgrade, or update your payment method from there at any time. You'll keep your paid features until the end of the current billing period.

Do you offer refunds?

We offer a pro-rata refund if you cancel within 7 days of your initial upgrade. After that period, charges are non-refundable but your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing cycle. Contact us at admin@axiondigital.co for any billing queries.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. LinkFlow never stores your card details. All payments are processed by Stripe, which is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified - the highest level of certification available in the payments industry.

Does LinkFlow support custom domains for short URLs?

Yes. Navigate to QR Codes in the dashboard to generate static or dynamic QR codes for any URL. Dynamic QR codes can be updated without reprinting because the underlying short URL stays the same.

LinkFlow offers a free, open-source tool for creating password-protected links where the encrypted payload lives entirely in the URL itself - no server storage required. We also support deniable encryption, where a single link decrypts to different content depending on which password is used.
