Welcome to Linkflow, a QR code generation and dynamic link management platform operated by Axion Digital. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, QR code generator, dynamic link tracking system, and related analytics tools (collectively, the “Services”).
By creating an account or using our Services, you accept these Terms. If you don’t agree with any part of these Terms, please don’t use Linkflow.
Linkflow provides tools for generating QR codes, creating trackable dynamic links, and analyzing engagement data. Our Services include:
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Businesses may create accounts through authorized representatives who can legally bind the organization.
When you create an account, provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You’re responsible for all activity under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately through our website or Discord server.
We offer different service tiers with varying limits on QR code generation, link creation, and analytics access. Your account type determines these limits, which are clearly displayed in your dashboard.
Linkflow is designed for legitimate business and personal use of QR codes and link management. This includes marketing campaigns, contact sharing, event management, product labeling, and similar applications.
Don’t use Linkflow for:
Any URLs, text, or images you use in QR codes must comply with applicable laws and respect third-party rights. We reserve the right to disable links or QR codes that violate these standards.
While Linkflow offers unlimited scan tracking for comprehensive analytics, this feature is intended for legitimate business and personal use. To maintain service quality for all users, the following guidelines apply to all accounts.

For example, product packaging QR codes receiving thousands of legitimate scans during a launch, or event codes scanned by hundreds of attendees, represent normal use. However, automated scripts scanning codes every few seconds or bot networks generating artificial engagement would violate this policy.

If your account is restricted, you’ll receive notification explaining the violation. Legitimate high-volume users experiencing issues should contact our support team. You may appeal restrictions through our support channels, and we’ll review appeals within 5-7 business days.

Linkflow’s software, design, and proprietary features are owned by Axion Digital and protected by intellectual property laws. This includes our QR code generation algorithms, analytics systems, and user interface designs.
Your license to use Linkflow is limited to the Services as provided. You may not reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute our software or create derivative works without permission.
Linkflow is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. While we work hard to ensure reliable service, we can’t guarantee that:

This doesn’t limit liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or other matters where limitations aren’t legally permitted.
Either party may end this relationship at any time. You can delete your account from your settings page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or for other legitimate business reasons.
Upon termination, you’ll lose access to your account and data. We recommend exporting important information before closing your account.
These Terms are governed by Victorian law (Australia). For significant disputes, we encourage good-faith discussions before formal legal proceedings.
We may update these Terms occasionally to reflect service changes or legal requirements. Material changes will be communicated through email or prominent notices in the application before they take effect.
Continued use of Linkflow after changes constitute acceptance of updated Terms.
